Delete your account and data
This page explains how to request deletion of your GrowthVista AI account (app name: GrowthVista AI, developer: Applied Synergy Plus Consulting LLC) and all data linked to it.
Option 1 — Delete inside the app
- Sign in to GrowthVista AI.
- Open Settings → Agency.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
Option 2 — Email request
Send a deletion request from the email address on your account to privacy@growthvista.live with the subject "Delete my account". We verify ownership of the address before acting on the request.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile, name, email and authentication credentials.
- Client records, brand kits, uploaded logos and images.
- Generated content: posts, campaigns, articles, designs, videos, proposals and collateral documents.
- Connected social account handles and messaging contacts.
- Usage and activity records tied to your account.
What may be retained, and for how long
- Deletion window: personal data is removed within 30 days of a verified request.
- Billing records: invoices and payment records are kept for up to 7 years where tax or accounting law requires it.
- Security logs: abuse and fraud-prevention records may be kept for up to 12 months.
- Content you already published to third-party platforms (for example LinkedIn or Facebook) must be removed on those platforms directly.
